In my searches I stumbled across the Velocity Dyad rim (Halo reflective version). :romance-heartsthree:

I want to build some wheels now.

The main question I have is about spoke tension meters. Anyone have/use one? Was it worth it?

The park tool meter is a great help, and reasonably priced.

I built a half a dozen wheels and never used a tension meter. I go by the pitch of the spokes. I once went to my LBS and asked them to measure the tension for me and it was pretty much spot on.

Lol, two in favor and one against. :)

I'm nowhere near purchasing the parts. I'll keep an eye out and if I can pick one up on a deal I'll snag it.

I've got some 26" rims you can have to practice on, Marps.
