Hey--I Luv my new 575.
Just needed to say that. Sloopy is strong, efficient and gorgeous.

Anyway, been thinking of springing for a 27.5 front wheel.
How much difference am I likely to see.
Would it be worth the bucks?

What forrk you have there? I may have a spare wheel to rent if you just want to see what it would be like.

I've done the "b-6er" ride. It's fine for what it is, but I personally wouldn't ride like that forever. If you've got a Fox 26er fork up front, the 650b should fit fine. I think it's just fine for a "until I can afford a full 650b" ride stop-gap.
It feels a bit strange to me, and I own a 650b, a 29er and 26er. I just ended up using the "b6er" til I could save and up and get the rear wheel, too. Now that I have the rear wheel, too, I would never go back to unbalanced. Frame geometry just doesn't fit.

Good, the wheel has a Hope Pro II hub, set up for a 15mm TA. All you got to do is come here and pick up the wheel. Do you night ride? Anyone else would be up for a night Fells ride?
