Where would I go about sourcing a screw (or is it a rivet?) that fits this locale? Or has anyone ever replaced one of these before? I'm thinking maybe the hardware store's bins, but I figured someone has done this before me. This is on a Shimano 105.

Does it shift fine without it? Find an old derailleur and swipe it.

Take derailleur off, go to hardware store, try to find a bolt that fits the thread, bring it home, install it, grind to length if its a little too long. Your best bet is ace hardware.....

I would start your LBS, they should have a bin full of destroyed old front derailleurs which they can steal one off of for you at a nominal charge. Short of that, the hardware store and a grinder (most bolts will be too long) will get you what you need.
