Looks legit to me. Very similar to the other far east outlets.
Usually the quality is good, on par with most brands, you just don't get the brand sticker and the marketing BS.

Here is the latest carbon bike I bought. It is advertised as made in New York City but, of course, the actual frames are made in China and they are assembled in NY. The cost, needless to say, it WAAAY higher if procured from the vetted source in NYC. See pics of the way they trick out the advertising and the way I show it. Hahahah, they have a fancier boat.
Bottom line from my standpoint is that most of the Chinese makers/vendors are legit. I know there are some who are selling off the 2nd's but I don't know who for sure. Like you, I order a lot of stuff from China and Taiwan. I am happy with quality about 95% of the time. (About the same percentage as from Iowa). :D The bike, BTW, rides fantastic !

Honestly, if I ever build up a road bike (probably this fall) I'll seriously consider a chinese carbon frame.

I dunno about carbon, but would never in hell use or prescribe any grown in China herbs or herb products. They adulterate everything ever since Chairman Mao's ghost let them know that the Invisible Hand of the Unfettered Free Market rights all wrongs.

Basically, everything that comes from China has at least a little bit of lead or mercury in it. Unless you are importing Chinese lead or mercury....the they adulterate that with something else.

I believe there is a principle involved there...something along the lines of "Caveat Emptor".

Our country is currently suffering a higher than usual outbreak of Hep A, (or it might be B I don't remember) courtesy of frozen berries imported from China.

The berries were washed in shitty water, literally.

Don't jump to conclusions. So far the only proof is that they put shit on the berries, no evidence what so ever points in direction of, that they should have used water at any time.
