I know Marps has a good sized litter. Who else? We have three boys: 4yo, 3yo, 10mo. I feel somewhat ostracized from from rest of the local mtbiking community due to my highly restricted ride schedule. I pretty much always ride by myself and at strange times. Over the last 4 years, I've averaged a meager 50 rides/yr: about 50% single track and 50% riding with my kids.

Great looking family!

Dude, I feel your struggle. Mine are now 13, 11, and 8. The 13 and 11yo can be left alone. The 8yo is still the wild card. Same boat as you where my weekends are really limited (family time) as well as weekday evenings. Most of my friends have quit asking me to go out on rides because I so often say I can't.

I know soon enough they'll be independent and probably want nothing to do with me. So, I try not to complain and enjoy as much time with them as I can. :)

I am married. No kids, yet... working on that.... I hope.

I almost always ride alone. I get tired of asking people if they want to ride and most of the folks I use to ride with live ~50 miles north of me.

Two grandsons I'm trying hard to expose to bikes. The elder is quite athletic but not interested. Cleaned up a GT speed CL find last winter to try and lure him in still couldn't hook him. The youngest loves his balance bike. We'll see if the joy grows with him.

Other than a couple rides with HK member Hawseman plus a few other rides with my niece and her man I'm a solo rider for MTB. I'm OK with that. Leave the social stuff for path rides.

good looking fam jonz

Ah! The progeny! Here's my stepson that I raised, along with my daughter. This was in the late 80s in my garden in England. Son is now married with 2 kids and living in Houston, Daughter is still single, and a singer and personal fitness trainer in London.
Now we just have the 2 little monkeys underneath... they are just as much trouble...
