Yeah, take some close up photos and post them up. They look purdy! :)

Obviously the major benefit of the Diadoras is that they match my yellow/black bike quite well.

I spent most of last year on cheap Exustars that looked great on paper but gave me horrible left foot cramps so with the upgrade, I am hoping for a better comfort and performance.

About the Time pedals: they just rock, I love the float. This is my second pair, I also have ATAC XS which is better suited for XC applications. The ROCs are All mountain machines.

Cool looking bling :) ...... although I'm not quite into the look. I prefer cleats that double up as hiking shoes (e.g. Pearl Izumi Alp X)

They look nice STi.

Going through a slight problem with my Shimano shoes. They are good for a short ride but after awhile I get horrible foot cramps. Same pedals, the ATAC XS, great pedal IMO especially for myself with a bad knee.

Comparing them to the XTR pedals I had which crapped out on me in under a year and didn't provide the float needed. Switched back to my flats to see were I stood, basically had to restart bunny hops, kind of sad, but that's why I switch it up. To go back to the roots of BMXing. Down the road I'll save up for a nice carbon sole shoe.

Just ordered one of these:

I'm going to be doing some 100 mile, 12 and 24 hour races this season and need to put some miles down every day. This looks like an amazing deal at $600.

The ROCs are even nicer than the ATACs, they are easier to pedal when not clipped in and they will not release when you hit a rock because they have two independent springs on each side unlike the ATACs. I love the float of either pedal!

Absoschnutely! Bombs away, post your recent acquisitions here. :)

Nice bike. I rode road bikes since a young teenager but I left that hobby behind when I left Europe for the US a decade ago. I would not ride a road bike here in Mass, too much anger and too little respect on the road.

Should do a review of both soon.

I got a Monty 219 Kamel a while back, that is pretty beat up by now, so it's time for a change.

So... you gonna pick on kiddies on the 360? Too bad - me and a bunch of friends (35+) choose to pick on the kids on the PS3 instead.

it was a tossup, but more of my friends play xbox than play ps3. not keen on the paid subscription service, but very cool with the fact the xbox reads all the movies on my computer. been playing games on pc forever but so many people are on console nowadays... i finally capitulated.

and god help me if i have to listen to prepubescent punks talking trash. i hope the ignore list has no limit.

Oh you'll learn who's the most annoying... the kids who put on music (usually some form of rap) while playing are the ones that piss me off the most because I can't hear shit (footsteps etc) over the noise. Most games like CoD you look for and play together with a good group and open your communications to your friends and ignore everyone else.

I used to race road too. I live in a sort of rural area where I can head out from my front door and get a good ride in with minimal traffic. Will review once it gets here.

It's still alive. I've just been having trouble finding time for working on it lately, as my company is pretty much drowning in work.

id love to get my hands on a dj-type bike. craigslist has a regular assortment but around here the kids seem to store em in a trash pile in the woods all winter...most of whats posted is beat to death from neglect. im quite happy with my HT for riding st, but for riding indoors its almost out of the question. not because its an inappropriate bike for it, but because if i eat it it usually means something breaks thats gonna cost 100 bucks to repair, if not more. a dirt jumper would definitely fit the bill a lot better.

Solution: Make a DJ bike ;)

That's gonna be quite a change, compared to the AM bike you posted.

Looking forward to hear more about it.
