A thread to put this in I started a new one. Most of us have heard of the Awesome Strap for bikes. How about the Jog Stap for joggers.

Enjoy >

Oh man, my dong would get beat up pretty bad. However I bet I could rig that thingy to actually make it useful.

Think it could be rigged to hold a PB&J sandwich?

I participated in it a little. Most of the time you already posted the good responses DJ.

LOL ..What's funny is I don't even have anything against the Awesome Strap if it's used for it's intended purpose. Short rides that require minimal tools. What got me on a roll was TiGeo insisting that it compares or far excedes the utility of a seat bag.

I threw in the PB&J sammage as some humor but it was also true. You can't carry it in an Awesome Strap but you sure can in a seat bag along with all the tools AND keep everything dry.

Oh jeeze here I go again. :o

I wasn't letting up on him. I even got him to produce a video on it. :laughing-rolling:

DJ, your PB&J argument is bunk. A PB&J will get all soggy and gross even if you leave it on a plate in your kitchen for any substantial length of time. That being said I like to put peanut butter on both slices of bread and then jelly on one slice. The peanut butter acts as a sealant of sorts but still there's no way it'll withstand the rigors on the trail, even if it was stashed in a seat bag. But I'm picky. My PB&Js have to be made fresh and eaten immediately.

Not true I rode with a PB&J sammage in my Camelbak on a regular basis per ride for a couple of years. It was my ride routine. Wrap it in aluminum foil and it keeps fine. It depends on the bread actually. I always used an oatmeal bran bread and it never got soggy. I would think a white bread may not fare as well. This talk has me a hankering for one now. I plan on riding tomorrow and now I think I'll stop at the store on my way and buy the goods. Make a sammage for my ride. It's awesome to stop mid ride and take a break and these sandwiches really help in refueling.
